Job Description

We are looking for an IT Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our IT team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person. Maintain accurate records of all IT activities.
SKILL REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Certification in Microsoft Azure, AWS or IT Security is advantageous. Good analytical skills and basic understanding of data analytics. Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS. Experience with remote desktop applications. Knowledge of Python, Microsoft Azure, AI, Machine learning, CRM Dynamics, Power BI, Front-end / Backend Technologies, Cyber Essential, Website/ Android Development, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Write technical/ business documents. Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements. Candidate should have his/her own personal laptop. SFR Medical will provide a Virtual Machine setup and credentials to use on the candidate's personal laptop. The candidate should be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with SFR Medical.?[Non-Disclosure Agreement?which all employees need to sign. It is basically a document that underlines all guidelines for employees with respect to data security and confidentiality of the data you will be accessing going forward.]

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
