Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and documentation of IT infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and cloud environments.

• Support software development lifecycle activities under supervision, including testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Contribute to IT compliance initiatives by assisting in the preparation of audit documentation and tracking control implementation.

• Participate in internal IT audits by gathering evidence, verifying configurations, and supporting remediation planning.

• Aid in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, license management, and lifecycle coordination.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on emerging IT trends, security best practices, and industry standards relevant to financial services.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal review and management reporting.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Foundational knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including networking, operating systems, and server management.

• Basic understanding of software development principles and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL).

• Awareness of IT compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR, and their application in financial services.

• Familiarity with IT audit processes, risk assessment, and control evaluation.

• Proficiency in IT management tools and documentation practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and follow established procedures with attention to detail.
