Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in networking to ensure efficient communication systems company-wide. Experience in CCTV monitoring for enhanced security of company premises. Expertise in server maintenance to support our expanding IT infrastructure. Knowledge of cybersecurity management to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential threats. Ability to maintain systems to ensure smooth operations and reduce downtime. Competency in hardware management to facilitate regular updates and repairs. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the organization's IT network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. Oversee CCTV security systems to maintain stringent safety and surveillance protocols. Perform regular server maintenance tasks to ensure optimal data processing and availability. Manage cybersecurity strategies to protect company assets against internal and external threats. Maintain and upgrade IT systems and hardware to support business continuity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and services. Provide technical support and guidance to staff and IT team as necessary.
