Position - Information Solution Specialist
Your Opportunity
These are 3 positions based in Delhi, Kolkata & Cochin
This role is a part of Roche Digital Diagnostics team which owns and manages the complete software & digital product portfolio offered by Roche Diagnostics India. The team deploys end to end software solutions for customers quickly and smoothly and is focused on ensuring a world-class customer experience and minimizing time-to-value.
The Informatics Solution Specialist utilizes strong technical skills, project management skills and relationship-building capabilities to drive implementation and adoption of digital solutions at RDIN customer locations. When required, the consultant troubleshoots existing customer queries and solves technical issues to maintain a seamless utilization of Roche digital solutions and an excellent customer experience.
Reports to the Lead - Digital Diagnostics Solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer- Facing Implementation & Project Management
Develop, coordinate, and execute digital solutions implementation and integration plans with Roche Diagnostics customers, primarily Diagnostics Laboratories and Hospitals
Understand the Landscape of a clinical laboratory cooperation and work clinical lab leadership on digital solutions that drive operational excellence.
Help the Sales team with Product and Solution Demonstration and Solution design and presentation.
Configure and execute implementations of Roche Diagnostics Digital Solutions to ensure fastest-possible time to value with appropriate customer communications and documentation
In collaboration with global and APAC customer support teams, troubleshoot integration implementation issues faced by the customer
Customer Onboarding & Training
Enable customers to use and administer Roche Diagnostics digital applications and drive adoption of digital solutions
Conduct customer trainings to build confidence in digital solutions
Ensure that customers will serve as positive references of Roche Diagnostics Digital Solutions after implementation and integration go-live to prospects requiring a similar integration
Manage relation and high Net promoter score (NPS)
Product Demonstration
Demonstrate the digital solutions capabilities to potential customers
Who You Are
QUALIFICATIONS
BE/MCA or equivalent degree with 6-8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, configuration, user training and project coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of ASTM/HL7 protocols, networking and DNS administration
Highly Desired: LIS/HIS, Middleware IT & IS experience
Travel : 30-50% depending on projects
