Job Title Lead - Network Security Architect Department Information Security Group Qualifications Bachelor of Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or technology-related field Preferred Industry recognized certification(s) in Information Security include: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Certification, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Overall 13+ years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security/Cyber security experience Minimum 8+ years working in area of Network Security architecture design, operations & management with hand on experience in managing large network security operations At least 2 years hands on experience in area of cloud network (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.) security, cloud security native tools, cloud security monitoring Key Responsibilities -Business Areas -Other main responsibility -Executive responsibility This role is critical in helping the team to produce an end-to-end network security strategy and architecture for a digital transformation programs and cloud projects. Working closely with various stakeholders and partners to build the end-to-end network security architecture and ensure that each design adheres to a defined policy, architecture and set of principles. Take part in the definition of the Strategy for network security The role will involve defining new, and refining existing, network security policies and architectures. Define a high-level target network security architecture which offers the best solution for security risk mitigation, performance, economics and customer experience. Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse and translate into technical network security requirements Define and create supporting architectural principles, governance requirements and policies to provide a common reference artefacts to various stakeholders Support the risk process in identifying, categorizing and managing risks throughout the IT network security delivery. Ensuring strategy and architecture is executed via the appropriate solution delivery teams and overseeing it through to ensure that business benefit is realised. Ensure and report parity of the security posture, within the end-to-end enterprise wide landscape. New technology awareness, evaluation and selection. Running or supporting vendor RFI and RFQ process. Lead and take part in trials of innovative technology, based on strategic needs. Maintain standards and competitor awareness to identify and support proposals that meet future objectives Develop new vendor relationships Functional Skills Strong Enterprise networking with Routing/Switching configuration/diagnostic experience in Global Network infrastructure design delivery of WAN, LAN, Firewall Experience and in-depth understanding of SD-WAN, VPN, ZTNA, Cloud Networks, Cloud based security controls, VNET / VPC, private & public accesses Hand-on experience with network security Knowledge of various cloud platforms such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Experience in different clouds such as Azure, GCP, and AWS etc. Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation Experience in maintaining various metrics and SLAs Behavioral Skills Critical thinker with strong analytical skills Ability to motivate teams to achieve strategic and tactical goals High level of personal integrity and professionalism as well as the ability to professional handle confidential matters Extremely effective written and verbal communication skills Thanks & Regards, ICICI Bank.
