ZS IT Support teams is aligned with the company\'s business strategy and operating model and aims to provide its 4800 plus employees and their clients the right tools and information for high performance. The IT organization focuses on providing products and services to ZS to ensure successful business outcomes. This involves providing a scalable, sustainable and reliable IT infrastructure, customized applications, messaging and collaboration products, Business Intelligence and Database administration support along with a reliable 24.7 uninterrupted high quality technology support services.Enterprise Systems team manages ZS\'s Messaging Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management systems, Collaboration tools and ZS\'s ServiceNow instances. ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR Responsibilities : Hands on experience with ServiceNow platforms ServiceNow administration experience Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes Experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset). Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows Experience in using scripting tools to create script in ServiceNow to automate tasks. Experience with integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration. Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and check for the overall compliance of the applications. Basic understanding of Active Directory will be preferred Helping the team administer and manage the Identity and Access Management systems. Knowledge on SQL, .Net, Visual Studio preferred. Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion Engineer in Computer Science/IT, or other relevant education with good academic background preferred. Ability to meet objectives under minimal supervision. Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize workload based on business requirement 2- 3 years of relevant experience. ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for their intended country of employment.
