ABOUT THE TEAM LSEG Customer and 3rd Party Risk solutions providing risk management through an enterprise view of risk, covering financial crime, know your customer (KYC), compliance, and fraud prevention and entity verification. for the global financial community to manage its regulatory and legal obligations, lead risk and combat financial crime. This is a very rare opportunity to join a business that is being built specifically to fulfill a known requirement of the regulated community, with whom we are already engaged, ensuring the Services conform to their needs. You will join the team located in Bangalore and Gdynia, responsible for performing information security risk assessments on customers and partners. SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS: Operate as a key contributor to the Third-Party Risk Management processes. Performing Information Security Risk Assessments on Third party partners and Customers. Work with domain experts, stakeholders, and business or technology leaders across LSEG enterprise. Assist in initiatives to evaluate and provide input on the effectiveness of processes and solutions, and to resolve or support a course of action. Track and report on mitigation progress. Demonstrate expertise on information security standard methodologies and Refinitiv security posture focused on performing due diligence for Third-Party assurance Enquiries. Supervise, verify, and collect data for reporting and metrics on identified services to identify gaps and inform leadership. Serve as a domain specialist in information technology operations, information security and risk management practices, global legal and regulatory requirements, and other applicable security and privacy trends and practices. Support the strategic and tactical development of information security risk management and compliance initiatives, to include policy and standards development, solution development, security awareness, and training. WHAT TO BRING 2-3 Years of Information Security Third Party Risk Assessments/ Vendor Risk Management experience Preferred subject matter expertise in ISO 27001, SOC2, Risk Assessment methodologies, Shared Assessments, GDPR and GRC Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Third Party Contract reviews or business investigations knowledge Preferred industry-related certifications: ISO 27001, CISA, CTPRP Ability to perform independently while being collaborative and maintaining alignment with the team Strong time management to meet the project delivery timelines. Good reporting skills to the leadership teams Good global client\'s communication to understand the client product usage and security posture. Good analytical skills to analyze the multiple source data points to evaluate the risk. Ability to work effectively with representatives of all levels of the organization Ability to adapt in an environment where policy and procedures change.
