Job Title: Information Retrieval Officer

Tenth/Intermediate/Graduation/Post Graduation

Passedout Year:

2018 to 2025

No of Vacancies: 150

Registration charges: Rs. 200/-

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and provide requested information using a user-friendly software. Ensure accurate information is shared while maintaining the call duration within standardized limits. Adhere to quality norms and guidelines. Work effectively both in a team and independently, with adaptability to changes.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Good spelling and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and the ability to use desktop systems efficiently.
