Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to drive end-to-end MDM implementations on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MDM SaaS, leadership skills to guide a team, and the ability to collaborate with clients to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC) solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define MDM strategy, architecture, and data governance best practices.
Oversee data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and workflows.
Integrate MDM SaaS with enterprise applications using CDI, APIs, and CAI.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in MDM implementations.
Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
Provide technical leadership in solution design, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
Partner with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Informatica MDM.
Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC MDM) platform.
Strong knowledge of MDM concepts: data modeling, hierarchy management, survivorship, match/merge, workflows.
Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Application Integration (CAI), and APIs.
Good understanding of Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ) and data governance principles.
Proven experience in leading teams and client engagements.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data platforms.
Experience with Agile delivery models.
Informatica certifications (MDM SaaS, CDI, IDMC).
