Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. In addition, you will be expected to be a subject matter expert and take responsibility for team decisions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead and mentor junior professionals
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Identify and mitigate risks
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools
- Strong understanding of data management principles
- Experience in data modeling and data mapping
- Hands-on experience in Informatica MDM implementation
- Knowledge of data quality and data governance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Additional Information:
