Designation: Informatica Batch Resource

Qualification: Any degree / Diploma

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsalility

Develop, schedule, and manage Informatica ETL batch jobs and workflows Monitor and troubleshoot batch job failures and performance issues Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes Work with source/target systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, and cloud storage Create and maintain reusable mappings, sessions, and workflows in Informatica PowerCenter Schedule batch jobs using tools like Control-M, AutoSys, or Informatica Scheduler Perform data validations, quality checks, and reconciliation during batch runs Implement performance tuning techniques for mappings and sessions Collaborate with DBAs, data architects, and application teams to align on data flow requirements Maintain version control and change management for ETL scripts Ensure batch jobs meet SLAs and data delivery timelines Support ETL processes during data migrations, upgrades, or system changes Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support for critical batch processes Apply Informatica best practices for job design, recovery, and reusability Troubleshoot data issues using session logs, workflow logs, and source/target analysis Maintain metadata and job inventory documentation
