Job Summary Infor WFM Technical Consultant
- Serve as the primary technical owner for the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) solution, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for the Infor WFM application, including application errors, performance issues, and backend process failures.
- Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues related to pay rules, accrual processing, and system jobs.
- Manage and maintain integrations between Infor WFM and Oracle E-Business Suite modules (HR, Payroll, Projects), including design, development, and troubleshooting of interfaces.
- Monitor system health, review application logs, and assist with system patches and upgrades.
- Provide support for connected hardware (e.g., Infor Touchscreen Clock), addressing connectivity and configuration issues.
- Develop custom reports, data extracts, and complex SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting.
- Implement and configure advanced pay rules, attestation workflows, and accrual policies within Infor WFM.
- Collaborate with Oracle integration teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Work on data mapping and ETL processes using tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica.
- Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate integration and file transfer tasks.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with HR/Payroll users and IT teams.
- Hybrid work mode; US shift (7PM IST - 3AM IST); available in multiple Indian locations (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune).
- Requires Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field; Infor WFM certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Infor WFM (Workbrain) support, implementation, and integration.
