Description The Infor M3 ERP System Administrator will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees. Infor M3 ERP System Administrator will be part of the Infor M3 technology team and will have the opportunity to be part of Infor M3 cloud suite implementation. Responsibilities will include administering and monitoring of Infor M3 multi-tenant environment, deployment of Infor OS objects and data refresh across the environment. System Administrator will play a key role in supporting current and upcoming ERP implementation projects and should bring deep experience in executing enterprise-level environment strategies for large implementations Georgia Pacific (GP) is seeking a system administrator to fill a key position as an IT team member responsible for the Infor M3 ERP solution. As a team member, you will execute system administration tasks in Infor M3 multi-tenant cloud environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced project environment and work with multiple teams. This role is expected to bring and define best practices and processes to ensure conformance, with an ability to document aspects of system administration tasks and procedures. A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and MBM® management philosophy, as well as demonstrate the A Day In The Life Could Include: (job responsibilities)

• Actively administer and maintain Infor M3 cloud instances and other closely integrated applications like FTK (Factory Track), dEPM etc.
• Execute data refresh, data governance, audit trails, automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the Infor cloud team to set up a new multi-tenant environment.
• Set up and maintain user access and roles in Infor M3 and other edge applications.
• Experience in deployment of forms, workflows and extensibilities.
• Understanding of Infor M3 tenant level configurations and ability to compare configurations to identify any discrepancies between two environments.

Document system administrator tasks and able to mentor new team members. What You Will Need To Bring With You: (experience & education required)

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field
• 5+ years experience administering large software systems, including Infor M3 application
• At least 5 years’ experience in Infor M3 ERP system administration.
• Experience in setting up users, roles, security and audit trail with in M3.
• Experience with Infor Ming.le, Datalake, and security within Infor Federation Services (IFS)
• Experience in migrating configuration, content, and security Data from one tenant to another.
• Experience documenting and maintaining technical specifications
• Demonstrated experience quickly learning new technologies
• Economic thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be detailed-oriented What Will Put You Ahead: (experience & education preferred)

• Experience implementing multiple Infor M3 ERP solutions
• Experience on large scale enterprise system implementations
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure

Experience with AWS Infrastructure and Infor CloudSuite Other Considerations: (physical demands/ unusual working conditions)

• Participation in an on-call rotation for 24x7 support
• Flexible working in shifts.
