Description:
CTG is seeking an Infor Lawson Support Analyst - Finance & Supply Chain provides functional and technical support for the Infor Lawson ERP system, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain Management modules within a healthcare IT environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting system issues, maintaining application stability, assisting with system upgrades, and supporting business users to ensure efficient financial and supply chain operations across the organization.
Duties:
Provide day-to-day operational support for Infor Lawson Finance and Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, CB, PO, IC, RQ).
Respond to and resolve user-reported issues, service requests, and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to identify and resolve system or workflow problems.
Support configuration changes, testing, and validation of application updates, patches, and upgrades.
Assist with system integrations between Lawson and third-party healthcare systems (e.g., Kronos, Cerner, Workday, etc.).
Develop and maintain reports, queries, and data extracts using tools such as Infor BI, LBI, SQL, and MS Access/Excel.
Participate in system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancement projects under the direction of senior analysts or project managers.
Maintain system documentation, test scripts, and change control logs in compliance with IT and audit standards.
Provide end-user training and support materials to improve utilization of Lawson Finance and Supply Chain functions.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues affecting business operations.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Basic SQL query and reporting experience.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple support tasks in a dynamic IT environment.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience supporting Infor Lawson ERP applications, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Working knowledge of Lawson Finance and Supply Chain modules required.
Experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA), Landmark, or Lawson Security a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare financial and materials management workflows highly desirable.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Certifications:
Infor Lawson Certification (Finance, Supply Chain, or Technology) preferred.
ITIL Foundation or related support certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered. Pay Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr. About Us:
