Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Infor CloudSuite HCM Support Analyst position for our client.
Duties:
Provide daily operational and end-user support for Infor CloudSuite HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Management).
Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, data discrepancies, and process issues in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Maintain system configuration and perform testing/validation for system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
Partner with HR leadership to analyze business processes, identify system improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Infor tools such as Infor Birst, Infor Reporting, or SQL.
Support system integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Kronos, job boards, background check vendors, benefits carriers).
Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and healthcare regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and secure employee data.
Participate in CloudSuite upgrade cycles, release testing, and change management initiatives.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, test scripts, and support procedures.
Provide user support, training, and guidance to HR and payroll staff to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to manage user access, roles, and permissions within the HCM platform.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical users.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
Knowledge of HR, payroll, and compliance regulations within a healthcare environment.
Ability to manage multiple support requests and projects simultaneously in a dynamic IT setting.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite HCM or Infor Lawson HR applications.
Strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA), Landmark, and Infor OS (ION, Ming.le) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools (Infor Birst, SQL, or similar) required.
Experience supporting HR and payroll integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, benefit vendors).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience in HCM or ERP system support may be considered.
Preferred Certifications:
Infor CloudSuite HCM Certification (Global HR, Payroll, or Benefits) preferred.
HRIS or ITIL certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
