We are a fast-growing kidswear B2B brand supplying trendy, high-quality collections to retailers and wholesalers across India. To strengthen our visibility and brand authority, we are looking for someone who can help us build relationships and collaborate with influencers, podcasters, and creators across Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, resourceful, and persuasive Influencer & Partnerships Manager who can research, connect with, and negotiate collaborations with relevant creators. The role is part-time, with 1 day per week in-office, focused on batch research, outreach planning, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify relevant influencers, YouTubers, podcasters, and content creators whose audience aligns with our brand (fashion, kidswear, parenting, business growth, b2b).
2. Reach out and build genuine connections with these creators.
3. Negotiate effective collaboration deals (barter, paid, shoutouts, interviews, co-created content).
4. Track and manage influencer database, communications, and deliverables.
5. Monitor collaboration outcomes (views, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements.
6. Stay updated on social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Hindi & English (spoken and written).
Confident personality, comfortable handling calls and video interactions.
Research-oriented with ability to shortlist the right influencers for our niche.
Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR, or business development is a plus.
Organized, professional, and able to represent the brand effectively.
Work Structure:
Part-time / Freelance
1 day per week in-office (batch research & planning)
