Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard micro & macro influencers aligned with Hastvikas' brand values. Plan & execute influencer campaigns to drive website traffic and sales. Build long-term partnerships with creators in the lifestyle, home decor, and Handmade niche. Track performance metrics -- engagement, reach, and conversions. Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for festivals, product launches, and collaborations. Manage influencer payments, contracts, and deliverables. Stay updated with the latest social media trends & influencer strategies.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing. Strong communication & negotiation skills. Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends. A creative eye for storytelling and aesthetic visuals. Passion for handmade, sustainable, or artistic products (a big plus!).

Bonus if you have:

Basic photography or video shooting skills

Experience working with influencers or community engagement

Comfort in speaking both English and Hindi
