Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with a strong follower/subscriber base.
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contracts with influencers to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company's branding goals.
Plan and execute PR campaigns to maximize brand visibility, awareness, and reputation.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content.
Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and online communities.
Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on ROI, reach, and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and PR activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in influencer management, PR, or social media marketing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Good understanding of influencer platforms, social media algorithms, and audience engagement.
