Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Coordination

Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand's target audience. Manage day-to-day communication with influencers regarding campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Maintain strong professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and creators.

2. Travel & Shoot Management

Willing to travel to different states for influencer shoots and brand campaigns.

Handle end-to-end logistics for shoots, including location coordination, scheduling, and on-site support.

3. Doctor Shoot Coordination

Work closely with VCare doctors to plan and execute educational and promotional video shoots.

Arrange shoot setups, ensure scripts are followed, and manage smooth execution on shoot days.

4. Script & Content Preparation

Prepare clear, engaging, and brand-aligned scripts for influencer videos and doctor shoots.

Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content meets brand guidelines.

Ideate and develop new content angles to improve engagement and reach.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Basic understanding of social media trends & influencer ecosystems.

Willingness to travel frequently for shoots.

Creativity in script writing and visual storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
