Key Responsibilities

Identify and vet potential influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) whose audience aligns with our target market.

Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to final reporting.

Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and ensure all campaign deliverables are met.

Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on influencer marketing.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.

A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹31,264.61 - ₹35,864.01 per month
