We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and scale influencer-led growth for
Zocket and Bacon
. You'll be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing outreach, executing campaigns within fixed monthly budgets, and turning influencer collaborations into measurable growth.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how creators actually work, can negotiate smartly, and knows how to turn relationships into consistent outcomes (not one-off posts.)
What You'll Do
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships:
Identify, research, and reach out to relevant influencers across platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Budget Ownership
: Manage and execute influencer campaigns within a fixed monthly budget per brand (Zocket and Bacon)
Campaign Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer collaborations - from first DM to final post
Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with creators to enable repeat collaborations and better ROI
Brand Alignment
: Ensure influencer content aligns with each brand's positioning, tone, and goals
: Test different influencer types, formats, and platforms to identify what scales
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with content, social, and growth teams to align messaging and timing
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand marketing
Hands-on experience with influencer outreach and negotiations
Strong understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems
Comfortable working with fixed budgets and making ROI-driven decisions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized; you can manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
Experience working with AI SaaS, startups, or creator-led brands is a plus
