We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our digital presence. You will identify key social media influencers, establish partnerships, and oversee campaign performance. Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms and ecommerce ecosystems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify, research, and engage with relevant influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer relationships.
Coordinate content creation, reviewing deliverables for compliance with brand standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging influencer trends, marketplace innovations, and social media platforms.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
0 - 6 months experience in influencer marketing.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (such as Jiomart, Moglix, Swiggy instamart, Zepto and Blinkit) and online marketplaces.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
