Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, maintain strong communication skills, and be able to build long-term relationships with influencers that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers relevant to skincare and beauty categories. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns--from outreach and negotiation to execution and reporting. Coordinate product seeding, campaign timelines, and deliverables. Monitor influencer content, performance, and engagement to ensure brand consistency. Maintain a database of influencer partners and track campaign outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly influencer strategies and content themes. Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of current social media trends and influencer landscape. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Interest in skincare and beauty industry is a plus.
