Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with LuxaDerme's brand ethos and marketing goals
Identify and onboard beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Threads and Lemon8
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies
Manage campaign budgets, contracts, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality content
Track campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize for better performance
Collaborate closely with the content, design, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
What You Bring:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A strong network or knowledge of emerging and top-tier Indian influencers
Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Sheets, Meta Creator Studio, or influencer platforms (e.g., Winkl, One Impression, or Qoruz)
Up-to-date with social trends and the creator economy
A passion for skincare, self-care, and storytelling is a big plus!
