Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the influencer landscape and an ability to build strong relationships with influencers to deliver successful campaigns. He/she will work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with the company's brand and business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
Identify and recruit influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful collaboration and campaign delivery
Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and contract agreements
Create campaign briefs and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and guidelines
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain fresh and relevant
Key Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the Advertisement agency
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Creative and strategic thinker
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
