We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can identify, onboard, and manage influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand influencer trends, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Coordinate with influencers for brand collaborations, campaigns, and product promotions
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines with influencers
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
Ensure timely content posting and adherence to brand guidelines
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies
Stay updated with social media trends and influencer market insights
Coordinate internally with performance marketing and content teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
Basic understanding of influencer marketing metrics and KPIs
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with influencer discovery tools is a plus
Understanding of brand marketing and digital campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing agency
Exposure to e-commerce or direct sales campaigns
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
