Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Influencer Marketing Expert

to lead and scale our influencer and creator partnerships across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). This role requires someone who deeply understands influencer ecosystems, has a strong network of creators (micro, mid-tier, and macro), and knows how to build campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals. Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with relevant influencers across fashion, sustainability, and lifestyle sectors. Negotiate contracts, collaborations, and content deliverables with influencers and agencies. Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies based on analytics. Collaborate with content, social media, and PR teams to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated across channels. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing tools. Build a creator database and streamline outreach/partnership processes.

Requirements



Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or sustainability sectors. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn influencer ecosystems. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Existing network of influencer/creator contacts is a big plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
