We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-first

Talent Associate

to join our

Influencer Marketing

team, focusing exclusively on English-speaking creators across the

United States, United Kingdom, and Australia

. You'll manage the full influencer lifecycle--discovery, outreach, onboarding, coordination, and offboarding--ensuring seamless execution of high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with relevant influencers across Instagram and YouTube in the US, UK, and Australia. Drive influencer outreach and lead generation via email, DMs, and platform tools. Manage onboarding processes, contracts, briefs, and alignment with campaign goals. Serve as the primary contact for influencer communication, content coordination, and feedback. Oversee campaign execution to ensure timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned content. Track deliverables, maintain accurate influencer records, and ensure KPI achievement. Handle fee negotiations and scopes within budget and market standards. Build and maintain a structured talent pool with updated performance data. Stay informed on regional trends, platform updates, and creator landscape shifts.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or talent coordination. In-depth understanding of the influencer space and social media culture in the US, UK, and Australia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

English

. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRMs, and tracking tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
