Key Responsibilities
? Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and content
partners across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
? Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief to launch, including product
seeding, paid collaborations, and long-term partnerships
? Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and pricing with influencers and agencies
? Collaborate with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to
align campaigns with business goals
? Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR,
conversions, and ROI
? Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance
requirements
? Manage campaign budgets, invoices, and payments
? Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
Required Qualifications
? 2+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or
Social Media Marketing
? Strong understanding of major social platforms and creator ecosystems
? Experience running both paid and organic influencer campaigns
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
? Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
? Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools
? Creative mindset with attention to detail

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
