The Brand team crafts campaign-led storytelling, builds long-term creative assets, and runs high-impact performance and awareness initiatives across digital channels.
Role summary You will own influencer strategy execution for Toothsi's brand and performance campaigns -- from creator discovery and creative briefs to contract negotiation, content QA, distribution coordination, and post-campaign analysis. You will work closely with Brand, Performance, Creative, and Partnerships to scale authentic creator collaborations that move both brand metrics and direct response outcomes.
Key responsibilities
? Develop and execute end-to-end influencer campaign plans that support brand and performance objectives (awareness, consideration, lead/checkout conversion).
? Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with creators across tiers (macro, micro, nano) and platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Instagram, Meta Feed, and emerging channels).
? Write clear creative briefs and approve content for on-brand storytelling, product claims, and compliance with medical/clinical guidance.
? Negotiate fee structures, scope, usage rights, and deliverables; manage contracts and payments with finance and legal.
? Coordinate creator shoots, talent logistics, and asset handovers to the Creative & Performance teams for ad repurposing.
? Monitor content publication, track deliverables, enforce timeline adherence, and escalate blockers proactively.
? Analyze campaign performance vs. KPIs; produce actionable post-mortems with learnings and creative recommendations.
? Maintain an influencer CRM and rate-card library; build case studies and creative asset libraries for future campaigns.
? Keep pulse on creator trends, platform feature changes, and best-practice formats to inform pilots and tests. Key performance indicators (KPIs)
? Reach and engagement (impressions, views, ER) against campaign targets.
? Conversion lift (traffic, leads, checkouts) attributable to influencer funnels.
? Content quality and repurposability score (creative team rating).
? Cost efficiency (CPR/CPA/CPM vs. benchmarks).
? Speed to launch (time from brief to live deliverable).
? Number of long-term creator partnerships established.
Required experience & skills
? 1.5-4 years in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital agency-side creator commerce.
? Strong network/experience working with Indian creators across Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts/Reels.
? Excellent written and verbal communication; must be able to write crisp briefs and negotiate clearly.
? Good aesthetic judgment -- can evaluate content for brand fit, authenticity, and ad-readiness.
? Analytical mindset; comfortable with basic performance analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
? Project management skills; comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
? Familiarity with creator contracts, usage rights, and basic budgeting.
? High attention to detail and sense of urgency; ability to work in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
Preferred
? Experience in D2C, beauty, wellness, or health/clinical brands.
? Hands-on experience repurposing creator content into paid ads.
? Basic understanding of social ad platforms and tracking (UTMs, pixels, attribution basics). ? Existing relationships with creators and talent managers in India. Education
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
