Role Overview
We are looking for a
young, driven, and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist
to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in shaping and executing influencer-led brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and trust among modern parents.
This role involves identifying the right influencers, building long-term partnerships, managing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance, and ensuring authentic storytelling aligned with our brand values.
Objectives of the Role
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and growth goals
Build strong relationships with relevant influencers across parenting, maternity, lifestyle, and wellness segments
Drive authentic, high-quality influencer content that resonates with our target audience
Measure and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and engagement
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with All Things Baby's brand ethos and audience
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and timelines
Collaborate with influencers on content concepts, briefs, and storytelling formats
Execute influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and compliance standards
Track and analyze campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROIPrepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Performance Marketing, Content) for integrated campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience
in influencer marketing or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends
Proven experience in influencer outreach, relationship management, and negotiations
Creative mindset with the ability to ideate engaging and authentic campaignsStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of legal, ethical, and disclosure guidelines in influencer partnerships
Proficiency with social media analytics and tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
