We're seeking a dynamic

Influencer Marketing Specialist

to build, manage, and grow our influencer and creator ecosystem across platforms. You'll play a key role in boosting brand awareness, credibility, and sales by strategically collaborating with content creators, beauty experts, and nano/micro influencers to promote our brands -

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Partnerships

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, dermatologists, beauty creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Develop creative influencer briefs and campaigns aligned with brand messaging. Negotiate collaborations (barter & paid) and ensure timely content delivery.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan monthly influencer campaigns in sync with product launches, seasonal promotions, and social media strategy. Track influencer performance using metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Ensure content quality and brand alignment across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Performance & Reporting

Maintain an updated influencer database with performance records and campaign history. Prepare campaign reports, analyze results, and optimize future strategies. Explore affiliate or referral-based programs to track influencer-led sales.

Key Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management (beauty/FMCG preferred). Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and content trends in the beauty and lifestyle space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Passion for skincare, haircare, and content-driven brand building.
