Level: Mid (2-5 yrs) -- adjust to Senior for 5+ yrs

Role summary:
You'll own end-to-end influencer campaigns for SMAAX (films/events lineage like Vibri SIIMA & CCL), and drive pre-sales activities to win new brand business. This is a hands-on role: you'll build creator lists, brief talent, negotiate, execute activations (digital + on-ground), and convert leads by creating killer proposals. We want someone proactive who does -- not just plans.
Key responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & New Business (40%)
Lead pre-sales: respond to RFPs, prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals and customised influencer solutions.
Work client side on discovery calls to scope objectives, KPIs and budgets.
Prepare case studies, media plans and benchmark pricing; create modular packages for quick quoting.
Maintain pipeline -- track leads, follow ups and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with Sales/Finance/Legal on contracts and scopes.
Influencer Marketing & Campaign Execution (50%)
Build and maintain a vetted creator roster relevant to film, entertainment, lifestyle and event activations (macro, micro, niche).
Shortlist creators per brief (audience match, past performance, content fit, price).
Write clear creative briefs, negotiate deliverables, manage contracts and rights (usage, timelines).
