Job Description

JD: 1. Analyze the brand brief, its market positioning and crystalize ideas for a targeted communication plan 2. Translate brand brief into campaign ideas, complete campaign plan that reflects the brief both creatively and performance wise. 3. Research, Conceptualize and creatively present content ideas to meet the brands brief 4. Own budgeting and finance of every campaign 5. Closely work with the influencer teams to select influencers best suited to the campaign, execute the required content with influencers directly. 6. Work efficiently with inter department teams i.e. Admin, Finance 7. Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals set 8. Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital/ brand marketing - Excellent understanding of the full brand marketing mix - Excellent understanding of Influencers and their relevance today - Highly creative with the ability to think out of box - Experience in identifying influencers and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Up-to-date with the latest trends and digital marketing best practices - Comfortable working with numbers (MS Excel) and making presentations - Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 980,000.00 per month Schedule:
