Here's the thing, this role is equal parts people skills and execution.
Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution to reporting
Negotiate commercials, manage deliverables, and ensure timelines are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent managers
Track campaign performance and share clear, actionable reports with the team
Stay plugged into influencer trends, formats, and platform updates
Work closely with content, social, and performance teams to align campaigns with brand goals
What we're looking for
1-2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing (agency experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
Confident communicator who knows how to follow up without being annoying
Good negotiation skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once
Basic reporting and Excel skills
