Role Description



We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic

Influencer Marketing Manager

to lead and execute our influencer partnerships and campaigns. The role requires someone who can build strong relationships with creators (Micro+ Macro+ Celebs) across platforms, strategize impactful campaigns, and measure performance to ensure ROI. You will be the bridge between our brand and the creator economy, helping us drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic collaborations.

Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage influencers for product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and influencer best practices.

Influencer Identification & Relationship Management



Research, shortlist, and onboard influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity) across all social media platforms. Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.

Campaign Execution



Plan, brief, and coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns (from ideation to execution). Ensure influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and legal requirements (disclosures, copyrights, etc.). Collaborate with internal creative, social, and performance teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Analytics & Reporting



Track and measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI). Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Use data to optimize influencer partnerships and campaign strategies.

Core Skills Required



2-5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing agencies. Prior experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns or working at an influencer/creator agency is a plus. Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, pop culture, and trends.
