What You'll do:
? Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
? Co-create content briefs and ensure timely execution of campaigns
? Ensure influencer content resonates with brand tonality, campaign objectives, and
audience expectations.
? Manage and mentor a team of influencer executives/coordinators; ensure smooth
workflows and high performance.
? Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), optimize campaigns,
and report insights to stakeholders.
? Own and optimize influencer marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead of social and influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Who You are:
? Someone with 4-6 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, with at least 1-2
years in a leadership role.
? You have strong network of influencers and agencies across relevant categories.
? You are excellent at negotiation and relationship management skills.
? You have an analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking tools and social
analytics.
? A creative thinker with deep understanding of social media culture and platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
