to bring lifestyle-driven storytelling into the world of real estate.

What You'll Do

As an

Influencer Marketing Manager

, you'll lead the charge in building and scaling the Propacity Creator Network. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting real estate brands with high-impact influencers across India.

Build and manage the

Propacity Creator Network

by curating 500-1000 influencers across lifestyle, finance, and real estate-adjacent niches. Design, execute, and scale

influencer-led campaigns

for real estate developers--spanning project launches, site visits, lifestyle content, and more. Own the end-to-end influencer pipeline:

briefing, negotiation, execution, content approvals, and reporting

. Track campaign performance and optimize for

lead generation and conversion metrics

, not just vanity metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to

integrate influencer marketing

into broader developer campaigns and marketing funnels. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, ensuring high engagement, trust, and performance.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who combines

industry know-how with operational hustle

--a person who's just as comfortable negotiating influencer deals as they are analyzing campaign ROI.

2-3 years of experience in

influencer marketing

or the

creator economy

, preferably with agency, brand, or startup experience. Deep network in the influencer ecosystem, especially with

lifestyle, finance, and real estate-aligned creators

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills--you know how to get the best out of creators and ensure alignment with brand goals. Data-driven mindset--you track, report, and optimize based on performance. Self-starter who's looking for

ownership, autonomy
