You'll get to shape the way Aminu connects with creators and communities, experiment with new collaboration models, and help amplify the brand in ways that feel organic and human-first.

At Aminu, community and influencer marketing is more than just campaigns -- it's part of how we tell our story, engage with our audience, and create meaningful connections. In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing team, co-founders, and other internal stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns across social media, PR, affiliate programs, B2B activations, and more.

Key roles and responsibilities

Work with individuals of influence, creators for collaborations, product seeding, reviews, and campaigns. Run affiliate programs and track performance to make partnerships stronger. Collaborate with the B2B team and our partners for creator-led activations. Secure and manage content rights to creator collaborations and repurpose content across channels. Support PR and brand campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. Keep the community engaged and aligned with Aminu's voice and values. Track results, report insights, and use data to improve campaigns.

What are we looking for:

3+ years of experience, preferably in PR or influencer marketing. A flexible, creative approach to working with influencers, no rigid "one-size-fits-all" methods. Strong understanding of creators, collaboration models, and social trends. Comfortable writing and editing scripts, reporting, and managing data. Can juggle multiple campaigns and work across different teams. Detail-oriented but can adapt quickly when timelines are tight. Ready to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
