About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Influencer Marketing Manager

to lead our influencer collaborations and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of influencers, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through influencer-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

influencer marketing strategies

to promote brand awareness and sales. Identify, approach, and negotiate with relevant

influencers, creators, and KOLs

across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies. Plan and manage

campaign budgets, deliverables, and timelines

. Track, measure, and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions). Coordinate with the

content, social media, and marketing teams

to align influencer content with brand objectives. Stay updated on

influencer marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and new platforms

. Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines and FTC/ASCI disclosure rules.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in

influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or social media management

. Strong understanding of

Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging creator platforms

. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI. Proficiency in influencer discovery & tracking tools (e.g., Upfluence, Aspire, Grin, or similar). Creative thinker with knowledge of digital marketing and content trends.

Nice to Have

Experience in

D2C/e-commerce brand influencer campaigns

. Existing network of influencers across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, tech, or relevant niches. Basic understanding of

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
