About the role We're looking for a dynamic self-starter to support our influencer marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about content, creators, and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Identification: ₹ Identify and evaluate potential influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on: Type of influencer (nano, micro, macro, celebrity) ? Quality and relevance of followership ? Niche and subject matter expertise aligned with brand/category 2. Co-Creation & Communication: ₹ Engage and negotiate with influencers for partnerships ? Facilitate co-creation of engaging content aligned with campaign objectives ? Manage communication flow, timelines, and expectations 3. Execution & Tracking: ₹ Monitor campaign execution for: Frequency and quality of content ? Timely postings and adherence to brand guidelines ? Content amplification (e.g. boosting strategy) ? Coordinate internal/external stakeholders for content approval and release ? Track performance metrics including views, engagement, conversions, and sales impact Who are we looking for? Education: ₹ Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field Experience: ₹ Internship or project experience in influencer/content marketing is a plus
