Influencer Marketing Manager
to strengthen our digital presence, collaborate with influencers, and lead brand communication across platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & Content Oversight
Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns, product stories, and design themes
Oversee caption writing, scheduling, and publishing of posts with timely engagement across platforms
Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and visual aesthetic across all digital content
2. Influencer Collaboration & Campaign Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors relevant to the luxury interiors segment
Handle collaboration inquiries, outreach, pricing negotiations, and campaign briefs in coordination with the marketing head
Coordinate shoot schedules, deliverables, and brand guidelines with influencers, agencies, and production partners
Maintain consistent communication to ensure timely execution and brand alignment in all content
3. Creative Planning & Script Finalization
Collaborate with the Founder, creative team, and agency partners to conceptualize innovative campaign ideas
Finalize scripts, reel storyboards, and campaign hooks based on current trends, audience behavior, and business goals
Track industry benchmarks and competitor content to drive uniqueness and improve content quality
4. Shoot Management & Calendar Coordination
Maintain an up-to-date shoot calendar in collaboration with the operations and design team
Prepare shoot logistics in advance including location scouting, styling coordination, props management, and influencer readiness
Supervise shoot days to ensure efficiency and capture of brand-aligned content
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track the performance of individual posts, influencer campaigns, and platform growth
Compile monthly performance reports to measure KPIs including engagement rate, reach, ROI, conversions, and follower trends
Recommend content improvements, platform-specific strategies, and posting optimizations to enhance brand reach
Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand communication (experience in design or luxury industries is a plus)
Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing creators and external partners
Proficient in digital marketing tools, content planning apps, and analytics dashboards
Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail with a flair for visual storytelling and aesthetics
