About the Role:

The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for handling end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives, from planning and execution to tracking sales and building strong partnerships between SWATI and influencers. This role requires you to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish an effective flow and scope for influencer marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Influencer Marketing Manager will analyze data and leverage analytical skills to optimize influencer marketing strategies, maximize campaign performance, and maintain SWATI\'s presence in the influencer marketing landscape.

Responsibilities generally include increasing SWATI\'s brand awareness, managing relationships with influencers and content creators, setting up and following internal processes to ensure consistency for the inflow of content and influencer marketing, compiling reports regarding our influencer marketing efforts, and maintaining excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal person for this role is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has a firm grasp of current trends and best practices when it comes to creating, managing, and optimizing influencer-generated content.

The primary mission of our Influencer Marketing Manager is to continuously manage our initiatives and efforts as it pertains to influencer marketing. This will involve overseeing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, building strong partnerships, ensuring a seamless flow of content, and building lasting and beneficial partnerships with influencers who fit SWATI\'s brand image.

General responsibilities:

The responsibilities of our Influencer Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking responsibility for the profitable growth and sales strategies for influencer marketing
  • Managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking of results, and providing regular reports on the outcomes of marketing campaigns
  • Setting up the needed processes and workflows to ensure consistency for the inflow of content from influencer marketing initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with influencers and content creators, fostering collaborative and beneficial relationships in key markets relevant to our audience
  • Communicating with outreach agencies and other external partners to optimize influencer marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for influencer-related matters with internal and external vendors, with high degrees of reliability and trustworthiness
  • Working closely with a performance marketing agency for SWATI\'s paid ads content
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer marketing with other marketing channels.
  • Tracking and monitoring sales generated through influencer marketing efforts
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to drive innovation and creativity and to optimize SWATI\'s influencer marketing efforts

The Influencer Marketing Manager position includes committing to the following:

  • An average of 140 tracked hours per month consistently
  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
  • Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement
  • Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first month
About You:

The Influencer Marketing Manager is a highly analytical person with a strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple influencers and projects simultaneously. This role requires you to be a team player with excellent communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with various tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, and Google Workspace Suite is a must for this role. You should also feel comfortable working in a remote environment. Availability and consistency are highly important factors for us, so the Influencer Marketing Manager should display these qualities when it comes to workload commitments and general availability during office hours.

  • Any experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is highly desirable
  • Working experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and the digital influencer landscape
  • A proven ability to identify, onboard, and manage beneficial partnerships with relevant influencers and content creators in key markets that are relevant to our audience
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms for campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for establishing partnerships and successfully collaborating with multiple influencers at the same time
  • Possess a good understanding of influencer marketing
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to optimize influencer marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with working autonomously and managing your own time independently and effectively (remote work experience is a plus)
  • Must be available and responsive during SWATI\'s office hours
  • Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e, 140 hours per month)
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC, as well as be able to attend virtual video conferences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be fluent in English, although English doesn\'t have to be your native language
  • Being open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and improving on it, as well as giving feedback of similar nature productively to your team
