Role Overview:
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing content creators and influencers who align with our brand. You'll strategize, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Develop creative campaign strategies and influencer briefs
Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers and agencies
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
Ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency in all collaborations
Stay updated on social and influencer trends to keep Beast Drive ahead of the curve
Requirements:
2-5 years of influencer marketing, social media, or PR experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Existing network of influencer contacts (preferred)
Experience using influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or similar)
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
Passion for branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
