This role is responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns
that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, while maintaining authentic relationships with creators and agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
Identify target audiences and select appropriate influencers (micro, macro, celebrity, or niche-specific) to achieve campaign goals.
Create annual and quarterly influencer marketing calendars with campaign timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts, content briefs, and storytelling strategies.
Source, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other emerging platforms.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation with influencers in line with budget allocations.
Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines, disclosure policies, and content quality standards.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns -- from briefing to content approval to final delivery.
Manage campaign tracking, product shipments, and communication between influencers and internal teams.
Coordinate with design, PR, and digital marketing teams for smooth campaign integration across channels.
Ensure timely posting schedules and high-quality, brand-aligned content from influencers.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, clicks, and ROI.
Generate post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, new tools, and emerging social media platforms.
Suggest data-driven improvements to increase influencer efficiency and campaign outcomes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their creator ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Strong negotiation and communication skills for managing influencer contracts and collaborations.
Proficiency in influencer management tools such as Upfluence, AspireIQ, HypeAuditor, or similar.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and performance reports.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling, trend awareness, and audience psychology.
Organized and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in
Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
will be an added advantage.
