Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Outreach & Onboarding:

Identify and engage with influencers across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, focusing on those resonating with Gen Z audiences.

Campaign Management:

Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.

AI Integration:

Utilize AI tools for content ideation, performance analysis, and trend forecasting to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay abreast of emerging Gen Z trends and digital marketing innovations to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

Experience:

0-2 years in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Freshers with a keen interest in AI and Gen Z culture are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI), strong communication, and negotiation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
