Creator Sourcing & Outreach
Scout and shortlist relevant influencers across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, gifting, and luxury niches.
Handle end-to-end communication -- outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-up.
Build a monthly pipeline of 50-150 creators (barter + paid).
Campaign Execution
Plan influencer drops with clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, and content expectations.
Coordinate product shipments and ensure timely content delivery.
Track posting schedules and ensure all deliverables are completed.
Content Quality & Brand Alignment
Ensure the content follows brand guidelines (aesthetics, tonality, quality).
Review influencer content, provide direction/feedback, and manage approvals.
Curate the best-performing content for ads/organic channels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, link clicks, sales via unique codes.
Build weekly & monthly dashboards for performance analysis.
Identify ROI-positive creators and scale long-term partnerships with them.
Community Building & Relationships
Maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers and agencies.
Build a closed creator community for priority partners.
Organize quarterly creator meet-ups / exclusive drops.
