Key Responsibilities:



Influencer Strategy & Partnerships:

Identify and onboard influencers, creators, and talent aligned with brand goals and campaign needs. Build long-term relationships with talent and maintain a strong influencer network.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize influencer campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.

Client & Brand Collaboration:

Act as the point of contact for clients on influencer-led campaigns, understanding objectives and delivering results. Present campaign strategies, ideas, and influencer options to clients.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and analyze metrics to improve future partnerships. Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and industry developments.

Talent Management:

Mentor and guide junior team members (if applicable) and support overall growth of the influencer vertical.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,295.85 - ₹70,000.00 per month
