About the Role



We are seeking a sharp, creative, and relationship-driven

Influencer Marketing Manager

to lead, coordinate, and execute influencer-led campaigns across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with

influencer marketing agencies

, managing creators, and driving campaigns that amplify brand storytelling and visibility. You'll be the central link between our internal marketing team, partner agencies, and influencers--ensuring every collaboration reflects our brand's premium tone and delivers tangible results. Key Responsibilities



1. Agency & Influencer Coordination



Act as the

primary liaison between the brand and influencer marketing agencies

, ensuring seamless communication, clear deliverables, and smooth campaign execution. Work with multiple agencies to identify, vet, and onboard influencers that align with brand values, tone, and audience goals. Coordinate campaign briefs, product shipments, content approvals, posting schedules, and performance tracking with both agencies and internal teams. Ensure influencer-generated content upholds the brand's

premium and aesthetic standards

across all touchpoints (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Manage influencer contracts, payments, and compliance documentation.

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution



Collaborate with agencies and internal marketing teams to develop influencer campaign concepts around

product launches, awareness drives, and seasonal moments.

Oversee end-to-end campaign workflows--from concept briefing to content live tracking and post-campaign reporting. Ensure messaging consistency, brand tone adherence, and creative excellence across all influencer communications. Monitor timelines and ensure every activation meets deadlines and quality benchmarks. Coordinate

product seeding programs

and exclusive brand experiences for influencers.

3. Reporting & Analytics



Track influencer performance metrics such as

reach, engagement rate, CTR, sentiment analysis, and ROI.

Review and summarize performance reports from agencies, drawing actionable insights for optimization. Maintain an internal database of high-performing influencers and agencies for future collaborations. Work closely with the performance marketing team to align influencer efforts with paid ad amplification and brand goals.

4. Relationship Building



Build long-term, authentic relationships with key influencers, talent managers, and agency partners. Stay updated with evolving

creator economy trends

and emerging influencer categories. Represent the brand in influencer meetings, content reviews, and campaign brainstorms. Identify new collaboration opportunities and brand-fit personalities for ongoing and future campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or media.

4-8 years of experience

in influencer marketing, preferably with premium or D2C brands in cosmetics, beauty, food, or lifestyle. Proven track record managing agencies and influencer partnerships end-to-end. Deep understanding of

Instagram, YouTube, and influencer engagement mechanics.

Excellent negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and multitasking ability--able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative, and cross-functional setup.
