As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in building and scaling impactful creator-led marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role focuses on identifying the right content creators, managing influencer partnerships end-to-end, and strengthening brand presence through authentic social media collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams to design engaging influencer strategies that drive reach, engagement, and brand credibility, particularly across Instagram and YouTube. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who understands the influencer ecosystem, has strong negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant nano and micro influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals
  • Assess influencer performance metrics, audience authenticity, and content quality before collaboration
  • Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
  • Monitor influencer content performance and track engagement, reach, and campaign impact
  • Support and manage the brand's social media presence across platforms, primarily Instagram
  • Create engaging content ideas and assist in social media marketing initiatives
  • Maintain clear communication with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
